Living Hope Counseling & Therapy
Mission
To foster growth and connection in your relationship with yourself,
your loved ones, and the world around you.
Is counseling or therapy right for me?
Counseling tends to be focused on one specific issue and is considered a short-term treatment. You may learn coping techniques and problem-solve the issue.
Therapy tends to treat a broader range of issues and more complex problems. It can involve a longer timeframe for treatment.
Areas of Practice
I specialize in counseling and therapeutic services for adolescents and adults dealing with depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, substance use, and more.
I am an eclectic practitioner, but I work predominantly out of Client-Centered and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy – which is to say, I want to know *you* and help you work toward the goals that you are setting for yourself.
You’ll never regret investing in your wellness.
Self-care is not selfish. Self-care is how you show self-love and take your power back.
Mental health is not a destination but a process. It is ongoing, and you do not need to be in a state of crisis or distress for it to be beneficial. Self-awareness is a totally underrated super power.
Shame dies when hard stories are told in safe spaces. Let’s create that space together.
Life can be hard.
Taking care of your mental health doesn’t have to be.

“Courage doesn’t happen when you have all the answers.
It happens when you are ready to face the questions you have been avoiding your whole life.”
